What are your thoughts on the New patch?

I'm currently not a big fan of this patch. To start the visual Glitches suck half the time the units aren't in the right spot or like dry humping the champ in from of them. For Me removing the Spat from the carousel didn't seem like a big issue but now I really dread getting spats from Item drops thus far I get 1 spat in a game maybe and Most times I have no need for it other than the +1 unit which i need 2 for. Now the game seems to go to the guy blessed with 4 spats in a game (obviously FN alone wont do it but 2 free units is crazy.) this patch was designed to put more importance on lvling I get that hell to a point it's limited blender comps as well which is somewhat nice but its also removed a lot of the fun Rando mage comps where you make a few non mages a mage for unique Ult effects.

Also I'm noticing a trend where someone has lvl 2 amumu, Singed, and Taric and regardless of comp just completely stomps. I understand they are powerful units and not easily obtained but in every Ranked game I did there was one guy who had Those three units and got top three even if they'd been stomped all game. it gives the feel of Why ever Roll for lvl 3 units when just getting to 8 or 9 and hyper rolling for the three mentioned above units.
it seems like You either Hyper roll and hope you can get 3 lvl 3 units or save all game using the loss to gain access to random amumus and Tarics ect. Also a damage counter for the other team and some recount or ability to down load match would be great so I can go back and see why a unit was one shot. Plus i think it'd be great for the community because right now people make a complaint or ask about a glitch and it's met with "Sorry Can't see any data can't help you" Or "quit bitching cause you suck" I'm only Gold 3 so obviously I'm not great at the game I'm working to Improve, but I wounder if these changers are actually making the Game better. I want to know what you think. I like TFT and will keep playing it I'm just afraid of what They want for it next.

You omitted the fourth option "I don't care about spatula". Maybe that's why they downvoted you ?

Yes, it's fun to get spatula but IMO you shouldn't rely on spatula to increase the chances to win. I seldom hunted spatula ranked games because any full item spatula (except FoN) become powerful mid-late game. So somehow it delays my other important items.

But I noticed that after mages buff the players took advantage of spatula to make Malph mage. Double 2.5 seconds knock air is huge IMO. Also before blademaster's nerf everybody wanted spatula to make BM blender Azir according to meta comp.

So I'm a little happy they removed spatula because of these facts.

the power of "lvl 2 amumu, Singed, and Taric", is OK because is not easy to collect them.

Is a total disaster.

Several team compositions are just unplayable. Imagine needing a 5 gold unit or that the ítem you want miraculously appears in the drake carrousel and you also have the luck to picking it… this is why nobody played Nobles in the first TFT set.

6 champion compositions are almost imposible to make rigth now.

On the other hand, things like Predator and Poison are more powerful than ever.

New patch is absolutely horrible. First of all the removal of spatula from the draft rounds was a bad idea. I understand TFT is almost entirely RNG focused, but having spatulas in the draft gave you at least a little choice of how to strategize (eco/lose/get spatula or spend/win/no spatula). The units in the shop are already all over the place. Since only a few comps really work (unless you get crazy good items), you're either forced to have lvl 1/2 units forever or go with a losing comp. The way they've balanced the different comps seems completely random to me. Kindred is insanely OP and works in almost any comp with a few items. Woodland/Druids crush early game with no contest, same for Predators. I've played a fair bit of games these last few days and every time i try to go for something just a tiny bit interesting, i lose hard.

Also, why have comps that require a spatula if they're basically impossible to get now? I've had several gold drops, all had Neeko's Help and gold in them. Forget going for anything with Blademasters, Infernal, Glacial or Mages beyond what you'll get from units. They need to put more control into the players' hands. Make it so you can actually make decisions beyond whichs units to click on that will impact your game.
