Fix tft matchmaking and lp loss/gain

I'm so fkn done with this bs, for the past few days been trying to rank, after hrs of play 1st +42lp, 1st +41lp, 4th +7lp, 4th - 5lp , 8th - loss 56lp, 5th - loss 6lp, 7th - loss 36lp, 3rd +14lp, 4th +8lp, 2nd +28lp, 4th - 7lp, 8th - loss 60lp, 5th dranked....8/13 top 4 finises, 8wins 5losses....still can't rank up....the first of the 8th place game was due to a trio griefing since i was 1 off promo and you can look up another players lp for some fkn reason....this isn't 5v5 where you can get carried or even win a 4v5 with a dc, if multiple players target you, you're fked from shared pool and even with above 60% win rate WITH griefing...can't rank up. That d-rank also equivlant to a 7th place loss since you start a rank lower at 75lp which makes it even harder to rank up if no1 griefs you. This is like when they capped or did some thing to the lp gaina long time ago in summoner rift where I was stuck at 94lp plat to diamond promo gain literally 1 lp per win lose 3-5 per loss which made me quit playing league regularly or supporting them. I've been playing for almost a 4-5 years of league maybe longer idk at this point, through all the toxic community bs, ups and down, but if they can't even see how bad something like this is just like before, I'm just done.
