I thought the Philippines is part of the SEA region right now, and then next season they will break out from that region and become part of the region with Thailand?
Eitherway, if you are interested in playing with Faker, you need to contact SKT T1. If you want to play in the Philippines, contact organizers from the LST/LMS or contact a Philipino team participating in the LST/LMS.
