Riot is listening and adding more capacity to the pbe. However, as per the tweet they have to do this slowly in order to keep the pbe up

how slowly? +10 people per day? or more like +1 000 person per hour? nobody know what "slowly" means for such a large scale thing
Its currently at 14 hours for me sooo i dont understand how that’s even possible?
Like when you get really close you can see that maybe 80-120 people “get in” per second, which is (lets say its 100) 6k per minute and 360,000 per hour. I highly doubt there are 5 million people in the login queue considering like a year ago there were only 2 million daily players and maybe 10-15% of them max are in the login queue.
