Why cant I keep talking to my party after I lose in a match of TFT?

Why can't I keep talking to my party after I lose in a match of TFT? The fact that the Lobby Grouped chat doesn't transition to when you lose a match and they're still in the game is obnoxious and not OK. If I go out in 8th and I have 3 other friends that are still in the match and I can't talk to them for the next 15+ minutes it might take to have them finish their match is lame AF. Please enable us to be able to continue talking to our group AFTER any of us have lost. It's painful just sitting there waiting. Plus it'd be nice to be able to help them strategize or just NOT SIT IN QUITE until their done.
