Teamfight tactics ranked system completely out of order

I'm silver 1 and every time I play ranked TFT someone gets a 3-star voli and he just one-shot bites everyone. I never see this in high elo when watching twitch streams. I see a lot of crazy sht in silver, even when I was in bronze, which i'm pretty sure would stomp high elo.

Are these just boosters? Do people even boost accounts in TFT? I know there's a lot of people making a lot of money boosting on League so wouldn't be too surprising if they boost on TFT too. Also how do these people get 3-stars all the time? I very rarely get one. Hyper rolling doesn't seem very viable anymore but if that's what they are doing well it's working for them.

So is boosting ruining TFT like it ruins league, or is the ranked system just so screwed up that skill is distributed evenly? Or perhaps people just don't play enough TFT ranked so no one is at their "true elo" thus making all of the ranks inaccurate?

I made a lot of good points here, so please don't come in and go "uh durr but challenger is better than platinum because it's higher rank hurrr". No mouth breathers please. I know how the game is "designed" but i'm talking about what's going on under the hood and potential flaws caused by boosting, people not playing enough, or rng just making it too random, etc.

If any actual thinkers even exist anymore, your opinions would be appreciated.

Maybe they know that building 50 golds gives you extra 4-5 re-rolls.

Also 1 lucky guy from 8 players is not bizare.

My guess is that in low elos, people shoot for the 'first place comps', which tend win if all works out, but more often than not it doesn't, while high elo usually goes for comps that reliably give them a good chance for 4th place+

Hyper rolling is one of the first place strats, if you get multiple 3stars without to much effort, it can win games rather often. but Succesfully hyperrolling where you get all you need with a sinlge 50 gold rolling happen mabye in 1 out of 6 games, so it's not reliable for climbing. However, if 5 or 6 out of your 7 opponents go for a hyperole, the chances of atleast 1 succeeding are pretty darn high, so in a elo where high risk/high reward strats are favourd, chances are high that atleast 1 opponent gets that high reward. It doesn't make it a good strat, cause in his next games that player probably won't get as lucky, but in your next games, there probably will be ANOTHER player getting lucky.

As for not enough playing ranked, i can only speak for my self and i mostly play normals cause you can go for non meta or high risk comps and if you loose, who cares. Also, waaaaaay to much RNG for ranked to mean shit above a certain point. Once you reach an MMR where the meta comps are clear, econ strats and item metas are established and an genrall understanding for positioning exists, winning is like 80-90% RNG(winning=top 4, first place is like 101% RNG)
