Pyke + frozen heart [GAME BREAKING BUG]

Fix pyke + frozen heart ASAP.

In short. Pyke dashes and anyone close to him when he dashes gets slowed (as intended i guess even i doubt it should apply to units while he dashes). So what happens slow doesnt get removed but stays idk if its perma or until next dash or REALLY LONG TIME but what happens is that WHOLE team gets 25/50/75% attack speed debuff which drops to insane amounts like 0.1. which means 1 attack every 10 seconds. This is GAME BREAKING bug and should be patched ASAP.

EDIT: Problem seems to be 2 frozen hearts, since when having 1 it works properly or gets bugged sometimes, with 2 its very common to get bugged

We're going to prep a hotfix for as soon as possible (could be this afternoon) to address the following:

Frozen Heart stacking too strong

Akali Spell crits 100% of the time

Reverting Cho's spell damage buff

Will post again once it's live.

Or you could remove stacking the same item in general. That would be nice.

I swear to god riot has people working for them that actually never played this game, or any other game for that matter, hell i just lost to frozen heart pyke and a match before that i've won going void with rabbadon cho and he instantly deletes the enemy team, just 4-5k damage total per ult.

This mode is a clown fiesta lol

Yeah, Riot is definitely skirting the, "it's still in beta" excuse at this stage. No doubt this patch was sloppy and ill tested. If your game is still in beta then don't release a competitive mode for it?

Why does it matter there is a ranked mode during beta or not? Isn't it better to test the ranking system and make adjustment now rather than wait?

I play ranked because I'm curious how my play compares to others. Since I moved up to bronze, my financial, mental and emotional status is axactly the same as it was when I was iron and the same as it will be when I'm silver, gold or however high I get to.

Well, I've never seen a major game company do "beta" like Riot does I guess.

Most companies with games this large would've kept a competitive mode to their public test servers if they needed to test it out.

Releasing the game to your official live client, adding a competitive queue, but keeping a little "beta sticker" in the corner doesn't really count as a beta to me anymore. It's, "we've released the game but the sticker is our excuse when we blunder up real bad."

You only need Pyke with 2x/3x item 3110 and you can basically s*** on your team composition, Just place what you get first 2*.

Guaranteed place 1.-2. rather 1.

do you guys plan to punish those who have exploited this bug? because this garbage got me demoted from platinum back down to gold because i didnt know it was a thing until it was happening to me and the people in the match were fully aware of what they were doing and in fact laughing about the fact that they were getting free wins because of the new "strategy" people have been using

there are also people promoting this strat on YouTube which i think is absolutely against the competition of ranked matches. this is not a strategy, nor should it be promoted. this is a game breaking bug that people should have immediately stopped using as soon as they found out about it and told riot about it. I'm sure i sound like a whiny troll but i worked hard to get to platinum and getting demoted because of a bug exploit really pissed me off

hope its fixed soon so i can try and get my platinum ranking back.....

I doubt they will because technically not against the rules.

exploiting a bug in a competitive match thats been broadcast as a bug isnt against the rules? how is that not against the rules of competitive play? just cause they cant fix it right off doesnt mean it still wasnt intended to work that way and anyone who just takes one look at it can see that its very clearly bugged, the enemies literally cant move without anything but a proximity proc from 2 frozen hearts. just seems like that should be punished, toxicity is toxicity and that right there is a toxic way to win a ranked game IMO

lol just came to make this post, lost to a frozen heart pyke, he literally had tier 1/2 units all game and a tier 2 pyke with 3 frozen hearts, safe to say my champions didn't attack once
