I know the feeling of having an unexpected issue come up.

Unfortunately there is nothing Riot can do about it, as they do not manually adjust LP gains or Promos as that would mess with Ranked Integrity.

It is unfortunately also not possible to manually lift LeaverBuster penalties, you will unfortunately have to play through those Low Priority Queue Games.

Also if you are Disconnected for more than 5 minutes, you will be flagged as Leaver and if that happens too often you can get some punishments too.
