I just got in to PBE and THIS HAPPENED? Really?

I waited 7+ hours to get into PBE and try team fight tactics.

I had to Re-log 3 times.

and when I finally got in it greeted me with this?????????????????????

Now I need to restart my client and wait 2 hours more.

I'm honestly done.
