PBE password forgoten

Help me please I have a PBE account but I can't remember the password, and when I try to change it, it goes to my main account. I have swapped my username in the past and i don't know if thats affecting it. But I don't know how to get a new password for it

click forgot password

Use the PBE client and select "forgot password".

If you use the regular client, you can't log onto PBE.
