That is like hoping you don't have a below 30% winrste teammate on your team while you don't have a dodge option

It's probably just not for you. Some of us know how to deal with variance, and enjoy games with a high level of it.
A lot of people say its RNG only but if it was RNG only I wouldn't be placing top 4 every game. (If you place top 4 in autochess ranked game you gain elo)
