Can you make a super mega ultra setting or league for low pc gamers?

To be honest, I've been playing this game for ages and i am still addicted to this game. As the update goes my pc couldn't handle it. Yes, it's running but it's so laggy I can't play very well, I can't improve my skill with this performance of my computer. Please, riot can you do something or us low pc gamers? My processor is Intel(R) Core(Tm)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66ghz 2.67ghz Installed memory (RAM) 2.00gb and I had Intel(R) G33/31 Express Chipset Family. YES, I KNOW my pc is not for gaming and not compatible with this game, but please do something for us who really wants to play your game. Please?

There are kids almost entering highschool now that were born after that cpu was manufactured. I think it's time to shell out $20 for a thrift store pc, my guy.

If your PC can't handle LoL I'm surprised you can do almost anything on it. You can get an ultra cheap laptop with like double or triple the performance of those specs, easily. Time, tech, and minimum requirements all march on... you have to update sooner or later if you want to participate.

You're so far outside the stated minimum requirements that you're basically a unicorn. Don't expect them to use dev time just to help you play the game on an ancient PC you refuse to upgrade.

I dont think there are any "us" left. I think its just you with that configuration left, i mean i have a tablet that is 10 years old that is better than that.
