@Riot, Please fix LP gains on Low pop servers

Before the LP gains adjustment two weeks ago, I saw gains that you would expect in challenger.

After the changes, anytime I get fourth is minus 5-10 LP, first is only giving mid to high 20s, and the bottom half is just insulting.

The LP changes have caused high level players to go to other servers, and has reduced the overall level of competition in general.

Please revert the LP changes or at least reevaluate the way gains work at the top of the ladder on small pop servers.
