does it apply ALL on hit effects ? like vayne,glacials,hush,cursed,demon,breaker ? if not what does it work with and what does it not work with ?

while we at it,does ranger bonus goes beyond 2.5 APS or 2.5 is hard cap ?
I also would love to know that cuz I had Hurricane on Ashe wthe 4 glacial buff and she did not freeze any extra targets

It applies all on-hit effects. Each hit has its own random chance to apply each effect.
I don't think so. I had 
on Nidalee and it didn't seem like the additional shots dealt splash damage.
saw vayne with hurricane the other day and it did proc,but not on ALL hits,it's like 25% or somtn
