Swain is Broken

Not sure why my last post was deleted. It was spot on. So here's the TL;DR.

An unleveled Swain can kill a full team of max health silver and gold Brawlers, Nids, Rangers and Glacial with bonuses active. It's completely unbalanced and happened every fight against a Swain. He's obligatory to use now which means it's broken.

Please, balance the ability. Make it a sustain with a little AoE damage. Not an instant win.
