Since TFT is RNG based... A suggestion to make it RNG ruled

So TFT is currently fucked with RNG currently. A solution is to allow people with riot points to just win the game by paying riot points pre-match or so. By doing so we allow this game to truly prosper. If TFT isn't meant to be RNG based. Fix the game. Just overhaul it entirely. Somehow Tencent has created something worse then then (Godzilla - Tencent Pictures) and somehow its worse then league.
