Dodge Timers and TFT

I mainly play TFT since it came out, because it is less toxic and more fun (to me), plus maybe RNG is needed for me to win. That said, I still enjoy a Solo Q ranked game on occasion. I main Zyra, and if she is banned or other team takes her, I have learned to dodge vs causing the entire team and myself pain. When I dodge, I queue for TFT and have to wait. There should not be a penalty that carries over to TFT, since it is a solo game.
