Can you provide us a practice tool where we create our own matchups and test our hotkeys/carousel/rolling skills Thank you

dont kid yourself... its no different than rolling a dice or sitting at a vegas slot machine... you have little to no influence on the games outcome as there is no skill involved.
That'd be cool, but it would also take a lot of work in terms of programming AI to play TFT. Hopefully they do it someday, but I doubt it happens soon.
