and here im trying to roll for a damn kassadin and i can't get 9 of which only 1 dude has 3
Why hasn't this champ pool issue been fixed already? since last patch i see this shit happening every game 5 people going 1 comp easily without being punished at all for it

Kass is a 1 cost
If you wanna stack kass, you need to reroll aggressively early game and fill your bench with as many other 1 costs as you can to limit the pool further.
Searching later is going to be much lower odds even if no one else is pulling kass
What Pika said. Re-roll by level 4 at the latest. At level 5 1-costs drop to a little over 1/3 probability, and by level 7 they're down to 1/5.
Also, you already had a t2 kass. T3s are nice, but not important. Composition and position are the most important parts of your kit. T2s are the baseline you need, and item synergies are nice as well (you should be building your comp around your item drops anyway).
Youll never come in 5-8 because you didnt get a t3.
