Can we do something about Cursed Blade?

Now I am not sure if you guys as a company has heard but most of the Team Fight Tactics community does not like the item Cursed Blade. I do not know who in the right mind thought putting an item to lower the opponent's tier on champions by one but it needs to be removed or heavily changed by next patch. This item alone ruins the game experience for players out there. From recent patch which is 9.14 of this ticket, reducing 5% is not going to make a difference of how cancer the item is. If you want to keep this item in this game then it needs to be at least in my opinion at a 5% chance of activating. Cause apparently you guys do not understand how major it is to reduce a star on someone. Its not fun to play against and again ruins the game experience for all players out there. The item is so disgusting that I do not want to build it at all. No matter how severe or what scenario I am in, I am not playing an item like that because it is unfair to play. Remove the item from the game or change it heavily.
