I swear this is the stupidest thing that TFT does. I just played a game where i had 6 nobles. After the carousel, it replaced my Garen for the Anivia I had just picked without me noticing, taking away my 6 noble buff. I would rather it auto sell my carousel pick or one of my weak bench champions than take off one of my board components. Carousel pick should NEVER be placed on the board replacing one of your existing members.

This happens to me too its so much worse when it takes off the biggest centerpiece you have too. Like why doesn't the carousel pick just go on the bench itself if your other piece can
This is why TFT is a waste of a game mode, and also why I don't play it. There were a lot of other game modes Riot could've come up with... and they gave us this.... 10/10
A good fix would be an addition of a temporary extra slot after the carousel in which if you don't swap the champion with a champion from the board or bench it auto-sells it. I would be lying if I said this never happens to me.
