Where is this little legend?

So I'm having an issue tracking down a particular little legend. Not really sure why, but I can't seem to find the little Boston Terrier legend. Clearly there must be some type of bug, because we all know that a little Boston Terrier legend is the best possible thing that Riot could ever make, and would cause me personally to instantly buy that particular little legend on 3 accounts. The different versions for each tier could all be different breeds, or they could, in fact, all be Boston Terriers. Tiny little baby Boston Terriers that fit in the palm of your hand. Youthful, playful Boston Terriers with beautiful brindling. Old, wise Boston Terriers with milky eyes, poor hearing, and a penchant for peeing on the carpet downstairs when it's cold outside and they'd rather not go out. I think you can see just how necessary this is.
