Lost TFT rewards, talked to support

Riot did, in my opinion, a very poor job of announcing when the Beta Pass would end. I have been made aware that those who do some digging could have found it, but the problem is people didn't know to dig. That being said, I went to sleep last night thinking I would wake up, claim my daily orb, and get my Rift Arena and new Summoner Icon. I was incredibly disappointed to find out that I should have played two more games to finish my quest and get the points, because it's all shut down now.

Riot, again, I am very disappointed that I have missed out on this. I've spoken to support and they apparently can't do anything. Can we please, please just get a free 80 points for everyone who missed their last daily orb so that we can get the rewards we missed? Or if that's not possible, can we get some kind of way to submit a ticket or something for the people who missed out?

I started tft a week late and still got all the rewards almost a full week early. You missed a whole lot if you didn't get something. What makes you think you deserve it?

The fact that I would have gotten everything if I knew to log in and claim it before 9 AM? I earned all the points I needed minus claiming that final orb.

If you claimed it before 9AM... If you played one more day... If you completed 1 more mission... Do you deserve it more than the person that needed two more days? Three? Where's the cutoff?

I didn't need one more day. I didn't need to play a single extra game. I just needed to click a button. That's the cutoff.

I'm literally was about to post this my self. I was 10 points away from the last icon, I had no missions left, and only a daily orb to be claimed that I had to wait till next day. But, now, I cannot get it now.

That's honestly the intended purpose. Not everyone is meant to get all of the rewards. Most of the rewards could be obtained just by completing the missions OR just by collecting every orb. If you wanted to achieve ALL of the rewards you needed to do both - Complete all of the missions and collect your orbs every day. I Actually think you were able to miss 4 days, so long as you completed every mission, considering I've had all of the rewards for several days.

No, you could miss a LOT of stuff. I was one daily off from the final level and I started TFT late and didn't do all of my weeklies.

Well, there are people with full time jobs who had finished the beta pass days ago, like me. True, It was a grind, but I had fun. Plus, the rewards aren't that insane, the last 2 icons are useless and ugly imo.
