So CC is way too strong, the average CC is about 2 sec. and there is no way to stop or reduce it, and Glacial can keep you locked in place for the entire match with no counter play (that i'm aware of) besides yordles dodging. I would like to know everyone's thoughts on CC in general and not just Glacial buff.
i think glaciel need to be reworked to 15/30/50% instant of 20/30/45%, because atm just get 2 and stack attack speed buffs on 
and boom you are good to go, i just had a game with her + 
on a full noble comp and i throw a zeke buff and 
+ hush and she become a CC maniac.
for other CC i just think the aoe CC need some more tuning all around tho they are a lot more manageable now imo then pre nerf as the 4 biggest offenders all get nerfed.
