RFC tier 3 shyvanna 1v7 my yordle/sorce comp team on TFT. He had 12 health i had 67 1v1 we were the last two. He literally went on a 6 game win streak and beat me only because the Tier 3 Shyvanna had Warmogs, (healed for more health then my draven/tris could put out) Phantom dancer (dodging about half of my adc's dmg while also being completely immune to the rest of my magic power dmg from my sorcs. Finally he had RFC i wont even speak to how broken that item is on shyvanns dragon form.

ahh its more of dragon buff beating your damage dealer then shyv or rabid being broken, if that shyv went vs a draven carry or rangers or assassins she would be completely destroyed.
