TFT is really fun, but what’s with this ridiculous RNG?

I’m really enjoying TFT it’s a really fun and interesting gamemode with a lot of creative ideas.

With that being said,

The RNG in this game is an absolute train reck. Especially the monster fights that only have a chance to give you a item. Who thought that was a good idea?

It’s just really frustrating to have a decent team but have bad items so you lose or vice versa.

I would recommend giving the same amount of items to each player for every wave, or even give the players who are behind a extra item

First three rounds. I get 1 item. The first person I versus has 6, YES 6 items sitting on his bench. Absolutely bs

RNG is not inherently bad, and I think it's actually essential to create a non-stressful gamemode ("I didn't really lose, I just got bad RNG"). The only RNG that feels truly bad is the item droprate RNG which I agree should be heavily normalized.

If they made it to where everyone got the same, it wouldnt be tactical.

That being said...they should at least get ONE. Feels bad to play the game, do what you're supposed to do, and not get ANYTHING. Watching your opponent get 3 where you get NONE feels like shit.

It seems like people forget this game is in a very early BETA stage, Im sure things will be changed and balanced eventually
