You make it so units cant be frozen within a certain time of already being frozen then you can actually take on glacial and not have your units sat in blocks of ice for the fight
also ashe and 1 other glacial can currently easily perma freeze a unit and its not fun as currently there is nothing you can do to counter the freeze unlike noble and assasins

3xChampionLance1 votesREAD, im saying that YOU should run ranged carries, something like draven, example guardian imperial blademaster, i run this build quite a bit and it seems to win against everything if you can make it late game and pull it off, your tankier or just as tanky as every other build and deal way more damage than every other build, your carries should never really be in the front line, then they can get bursted and frozen and are prone to abilities.

20/30/45% > 10/25/50% for example , this will make the perma freeze dream needing some effort and not just throw ashe + sej in and calling it a day
