Spatula Bug (to lose a spatula)

Beware! If you have a spatula on a 2* champion with 2 other items, put the other spatula on the another level 2* champion (same type) with 1 item and upgrade to 3*, you may get 1 champion 3* with 3 items, but only have 1 spatula left (losing the 2nd spatula)
