Rework for Phantom Dancer needed

This item needs a rework. This 1 item just single handly counters an entire class no other item does this. you wanna go assassin? well shit someone built PD now u lose. I had Khazix Lvl 3 with sojin archangel staff and rapid fire canon and still lost to a glacial comp with this item on Olaf lvl2. Im sorry but what? Glacial Proc rate is already high enough Olaf already has CC immunity with ult inbuilt lifesteal + attack speed and cleave dmg. Honestly its just fucking stupid either rework PD or rework Glacials ones and for all perma stuns arnt fun for anybody+ combined with Poison its just friggin stupid.

I lost hard because I was assassin and the person who noticed it built 3 PD (or got off dragon/carousel). Should have stomped but miss miss miss miss miss miss.. Feels good to have one item counter your comp and no way to build something like wild to counter the item that totally shuts you down. Considered bailing on assassin but it was late in the game and I probably wouldn't have gotten enough decent units to do anything. Oh well, not complaining about 2nd but feels bad when one item shuts you down completely.
