Vayne strat in TFT is insanely broken

It seems like whatever strat you choose to play, you always lose to someone with all their items on Vayne and a wall of tanky units around it. I want to try different strats but the game is not super fun when there are at least 3 players using this broken Vayne strat and you know that you'll lose if you don't just do it yourself. I think the Vayne unit should at least be epic rarity instead of common so you don't have a tier 3 before the first draft.
