Can we do something about the RNG

Would it really be that hard to have the system prefer champs that you already have instead of making it random? At the moment it feels like either i have 2 lvl 3's on before i hit level 4 or i have no lvl 3's at all. There is also a second punish for people who aren't rewarded by RNG and that's if you got what you wanted you don't need to reroll and you can spend money on levels. so not only do you have lvl 3 champs but now you have more champs in. I haven't even started to talk about items. This game mode is fun but if i wanted to play roulette I would go to vegas. I want to feel like I have some control over how my team performs vs a total noob who got lucky.

well if the game did that. everyone would just choose meta champs and wait for the game to just give it meta champs. Everyone would have the same comps and it would come down to RNG either fucking you on items or not and a race to see who got 3 stars first.

...This is like asking for a deck of cards to give you the cards you need instead of random cards...

The champions you are offered are random because the pool is shared. Denying your opponents the champions they need is part of the strategy of the game...
