Thornmail vs Void Comp

Since Thornmail specifically states that it reflects mitigated damage, this means that it cannot reflect true damage basic attacks, right? SO for instance if a khazix with the void buff is attacking a champion with thornmail, the khazix would not receive any damage reflected back onto them because you cannot mitigate true damage, right?
