Worst I've seen was 2 complete items and a component on a Tier 2 Vayne just after the first 3 minion rounds. Needless to say they won the game.
i think Riot should have just made an actual card game if they were going to go RNG heavy. Might have been more fun than seeing your champions attack randomly

All these posts about RNG and items.... I'm going with its riots way of purposely making it unfair, so when they add some sort of boost or something in the store to up your chances or something along those lines.... everyone will jump on them and spend tons of money! Making the game mode basically pay to win! I mean... I wouldn't be too surprised to riot actually did something like that sadly.

If you want to know true BS, I’ve gotten a Tier 2 Rageblade Vayne from just the minion waves.
One game one guy had 5 3 start champions at the end of the matche, I was trying to have one simple tristana
