please remove cursed blade

Literally the most annoying item in the game. The minute you think your winning the vayne with cursed blade easily kills your level 3->2 khazix and then kills all your other level 2->1 champs

I mean but she's giving up item 3124 stats and item 3161 is broken on someone like Asol with him ulting like three times in a row
