How Can I Get My RP Back?

So, recently something stupid happened to me. I have a suspended for 14 days account on RU, and I didn't knew that you can't send and receive gifts if you're banned or suspended, but I send gift to my main account, and then it said "sorry, something gone wrong", and it took RP, but wasn't in gift story, neither on suuuspended acc or main. I understand that it was my fault for not knowing rules, but how can I get my RP back? Or they will just be back when will pass 14 days? Also sorry for posting this on TFT board, I can't do it on Gameplay, need higher lvl. Thanks, please answer.
