Most items are bugged on most champions.

I realized before that RFC tripled the range from any unit and didnt allow shapeshifters to become melee when they transformed. Now RFC does not have any effect at all on most champions. Seraph's embrace is also bugged as it simply doesnt work on most champions as well.
