Someone must be attacking EUW servers for second day in a row, can't play TFT

The EUW servers are down for second day, so I can't play TFT. As we all know, Riot, in it's magnificence, is unable to make any error.

So I was wondering if someone of you know the identity of that pirates that are attacking our beloved and perfect company. They must be people that hate Clash, because, coincidentally, it's always down when Clash comes out. But it's vox populi that Riot wouldn't fuck it up again.
