HELP!

First i hear about people waiting 100 minutes just to get into a game in NA. I waited 3 hours for TFT to come out in EUW this morning and was excited when i saw it released. When i searched for a game i was happy to see that i had only waited 3 seconds to find a game unlike the queue times that were happening in NA last night. However, i then got kicked out of the game, sent back to the client and my "Play" button had disappeared. I then had to wait 30 minutes for that game to finish before i could search for another. I didn't complain, i just restarted my client and searched for a new game when the EXACT SAME THING happened again. Can anyone let me know if they've got the same problem or what i can do to resolve it?
