TFT oponent all champs 3 star

Hi ive recently played a game of tft whre 1 of my oponents had 7 3 star champs (all his champs) even before herald mob https://imgur.com/a/SutwT6T i havent played like hundreds of games but ive played quite a few and never seen anything like that.
