Competitve scene

So what I was thinking is that to have a competitive scene what will need to happen is to have multiple sets in the professional tournaments. This will make the pros know multiple sets and multiple strategies. This will help separate meta bots and actual players that understand the game and mechanics. I am not sure exactly how the logistics would work, but I think this is what will be needed for a competitive scene.

If you disagree, please let me know how else you would set up a competitive game and remove as much RNG out of the game.
