We ever buffing Fiora?
2 star Fiora has like 720 hp...bad damage and a pretty lackluster ult...
She is hands down ruining Noble buff.

Her damage isn't that bad, she has by far the highest AS in the game(exept kayle and maybe yasuo, not sure on him) Main issue is she needs some ad to really do damage(or SS), but she dies to fast to justify putting items into her. She really needs more base HP. I could live with her becomeing tier 2 if they feel a 500hp fiora would be to strong as tier 1

what? fiora is good now. she's a 1 cost who can actually do well with items on her since she got that massive buff. i'd rather see mordekaiser buffed.
She is quite strong but you need to put items on her and she basically need 3 stars to be really effective. I play blademasters and Fiora is a core champion for me. But it is true that I stopped using items on her if I don't get her to tier3.
Anyway, I don't think she needs to buff HP, AS or Damage maybe a little. But she should always aim the spell/ult towards closest living enemy unit. So many times she makes ult into void and then dies because she didn't stun anyone. That would help a lot.
until they buff her hp she's just complete trash overall...no a 3 star Garen is sooo much better than Fiora especially as a frontline unit because he's immune to magic when spinning while Fiora is already dead before the riposte if you put items on Fiora then you are just gimping your units that can actually carry the game.
she is one of the most durable 1 stars she is the 2nd blademasters tank give her shojin and it's almost impossible to kill her
is actually one of the better nobles at the moment. They buffed her base attack speed to 1 atk/second...which means she does plenty of damage, builds her mana up reasonably quickly and scales very well with both attack speed and attack damage. She is r%%%%%edly squishy, but she can hit hard and fast.
