With the changes to graves allowing rapid fire cannon to work properly with him, the champ is unkillable in a game if he gets RFC. Riot needs to nerf this combo. Graves item 3094 item 3094 [slayer-jinx-unamused]

He actually needs 2 of them to have good range.. Really though, w/ hextech, he gets bombed and is pretty much useless for 8 seconds so you had better have good protection for him.
