Constantly attempting to Reconnect

I've just started playing for the first time and I'm CONSTANTLY attempting to reconnect. I'm wired in a gaming laptop at 1gb internet connection and its really starting to deter me from wanting to keep playing. It's fun until this happens. As of now it's been attempting for 4 minutes and my team was in need of help.

I downloaded the hex tool that you have recommended to help fix the problem and still nothing. I have no idea what I can do on my end to solve this.

I've never had a connection issue. It's been plaguing me since the tutorial. I'm getting really close to just uninstalling the game.

Please, help. If this keeps up I'm afraid it will suspend me from playing.
