item stacking is over powered
being able to double stack items like guinsoos blood thirster lockets pretty much any item is just stupid imo champs should only be able to carry 1 of a particular item

I disagree, I think most of the time 2nd of the same item is less powerful than 1st one. Take BT and guinsoo. Usually one of each is better (since once you have one BT, boosting attack speed also gets you more total life stolen). There are cases when item stacking is good, but it's more an exception than the norm (at least in high ELOs), so I think ability to item stack adds variety rather than removes it.
