An AFK Problem in Teamfight Tactics

A big issue I recently encountered in “normal” game teamfight tactics is that me and 1 other guy are the only ones actually playing. The rest all stand still the whole game until they are knocked out. It just isn’t fun to play a game when you are almost the only one playing. There also isn’t an option to report “afk” players in teamfight tactics. This is probably due to the fact people think when you afk you only ruin the game for yourself. But now for 2 games in a row on normal this has happened, i can’t report them and they can just ruin another game because of it. I have not encountered this problem even once in ranked, which makes sense. I just wanna point out this kinda ruins my experience since i really like playing teamfight tactics casually.
