Getting kicked off of voice after dying in TFT?

I was wondering if when I die in TFT I get kicked out of League Voice despite being queued with others that are still in the game. I was wondering if that has to do with the coding or something to do with quiting after you die? I think this change should be done or else its kinda awkward when u leave mid game from voice.

I haven't been kicked since this new patch. Previously I was the moment I lost. So it appears they already took care of that feature.
