I mean he probably got early woodland and managed to get a good win streak to help get more money then hyper rolled before 5.
It looks impressive and I'm sure they had some luck with rolls too but the only one above 2 star is Veigar and woodland falls off a lot late game. Plenty of counters to mage - poison, light, mystic, buying out the Veigar. I see this is bronze, so people probably just stuck to one game plan and let him continue the win streak.
I just remmember all them times i rolled for any 5 champs i needed for my team, and i roll 0 even tho they are available xD
