Evelynn is bugged where no matter what tier she is, she always one shots who ever she ults, doesnt matter what health they are for example today i had a warwick with full hp, a warmogs, and enemy T1 evelynn with no items, and she one shot him with ult. I kept then spectating her for the rest of the game, and everything she ulted someone, it was a one shot, T1 vs T2s and T3s, full hp enemyes, and she just one shot kill them, 3000hp dmg or more with no items..... riot?

I highly doubt its Evelyn. I had an itemless and originless (demon) Evelynn that only had assassin synergy and didnt one shot anything.

Assuming your account is acurate, the issue is with items, the demon origin or both.
