Can't look at enemy boards + additional bug that could be related

I believe there is a bug going around for some people in which it's impossible for them to view other boards across the game. Every time I try to click on the portrait to the right, it just flips my screen around and looks only at my board. I saw another thread discussing this same issue, and I wanted to make another post so the problem could be brought forth to Riot. Additionally, along with this problem, my game has the camera more zoomed in on my little legend instead of viewing the board as a whole. It's pretty different layout from my friends and steamers playing this mode. Every fight, I would need to move around my little legend in order to see what's going on, and yes, I already tried scrolling my mouse down as much as I can. I hope these problems could be fixed soon in the next patch.
