Things that could use tweaking

Skills activation: Fix the skills activation. For the love of Teemo, I can't count the times my skills haven't activated while being low health because 1 shot kills from other teams auto hits. Make skills activate instantly across the board. No charge times. Make sure the skills actually work about 5% of the time skills don't even work with full health. Sometimes Mages don't 100% double cast. Sometimes you skill hit a already dead enemy champ. Sometimes you double hit a champ that was killed with your first hit. Please do a better job programming the skills.

Stuns: Make them consistent across the board. I get stuns from 1 second ~ 5 seconds (later one is auto death) Every stun should do the same time 1 second.

Fix the critical hit % bug. 2 star Nocturne with 325% critical damage at 125 AD will two shot other 2 star champs.

Glacial freeze: Please add a reducing freeze chance with consecutive hits. Might as well call it permafrost. Nothing like 1 Olaf taking out your whole team by himself.

RNG: TLDR; fix it. The RNG determines if you win. Doesn't matter what build you go with. If the RNG god hates you, you will come in 58th. I've played games where I simply couldn't loose. Literally there was no way for me to loose. I'm talking 10095HP left at the end of the game. I haven't lost before 3-6 in a while so the bottom end seems to be fairly balanced. I've gotten 0 items from the first 3 rounds. I've gotten zero items from every monster encounter (minus the boss/dragons). I've gone through a game only getting 2 items. When suddenly the game hands me 3 spatulas like that is some how going to make up for not having any items. The RNG needs to be programmed better. Maybe hire someone that actually knows how to program these types of game mechanics? I've refreshed 50 gold worth to find a single champ on my board to get nothing. Design a mechanic that factors in what you have on your board with multiple refresh rates so you have a chance to actually win. The refresh button currently is a trap. Either that or rename your damn game to Teamfight RNG, because there is no tactics involved when the outcome is determined by RNG rather than tactics.

Team comps: Only a few team comps are effective, and you can search through all the web sites and everyone is using the same copy/paste formula for the best comps. Currently blademaster assassin, with Nocturne being a blade master is over used OP. Followed by ocean mages, and warden rangers. If you don't play one of those 3 in ranked, and someone else does you'll lose.

Champ Cards: Please make this a per player deck chance, not per game chance. Make all cards available to all players. Don't limit the cards because someone else is going the same build. I see other players roll the same exact comp, and it causes both players to loose. Since there are only so many comps, and so many rounds of play retooling isn't actually viable in the game. It seemed like a good concept, but the execution of this concept was poor once the game rolled out. I've rarely won a game where someone is trying to go for the exact same build as me.

The champ rotation circle is complete garbage: You'll see an AP champ with AD items, or AD champs with AP items. So you'll have to choose between either getting a champ you want, or an item you want. In most cases since items are rare people don't even pay attention to what champs are offered, but only take the items they need and sell the camps off. Then to top that all off the timer is so short for the bottom players and the reward so little that being last has no advantage. This needs to be scarped after the first round pick. Replace that feature after with something more meaningful for loosing players. Instead of just an item and gold. If you're in last place you're unlike to climb out of it before the next rotation circle item pick.

Win and lose streak: Fire who ever came up with that idea. If you are loosing, and then suddenly win 1 round you reset your streak, then go back to loosing again right after that. So not only do you lose out on the extra money, but then you have less of a chance to win after breaking the loosing streak. This is a grief mechanic designed by riot. If you're going to keep this concept of win/lose streak, change it to be meaningful for losing players. Breaking a loosing streak gets you bonus gold of 2 gold per lose. If you break someones loosing streak you get 2 gold per win they had. So someone with a 5 losing streak beating someone with a 5 win streak would get 20 gold. This would make things so much more interesting. Take out all the small numbered gold per round for winning or losing. People who are winning are already getting the bonus not loosing HP.

Gold interest: This concept is garbage with out the game works currently. For every round you earn a gold. After doing the maths. At the end of the game you can earn as much as 50 gold in interest. Sadly it doesn't pay off because of other underlying issues like bad RNG, and nothing to spend the gold on which you hit the sweat spot of above 50. That or you don't make it to the 50 gold point. The concept would work if other issues were solved. Like better RNG, and fixing win/losing streaks.

The golem monsters are too strong for anyone that's having 6,7, or 8th place. You can actually loose to them with the current RNG. Which basically means you're handicapped for the rest of the game. You need at least two 2 star champs, and three 1 star champs to beat them. You can't beat them with five 1 star champs, or even one 2 star champ and four 1 star champs. They need to be toned down so those in the lower slots can actually have a fighting chance. I would say rework them so that one 2 star champ, and three 1 star champs can take them on.

Item limit: Since the RNG is so bad I'd put in a hard cap for items. If a player has 6 completed items they receive no more items from monster fights (minus dragons/boss). I've seen people with 812 competed items, and the people losing have maybe 13. A clear visual for how broken the RNG is. Once someone has 12 non completed items, or 6 completed items the monsters should no longer produce items, or gold.

Item minimum: Each monster round should at least give out 1 item. I can't count how many times I've gotten either nothing, or 23 gold. This translates to you lose this game. Might as well just hand out 8 cards with each players rank from the game on it at that point. Like here you get no items from the first 3 rounds, so you're 58th place. Oh looks like you got no items from the first two monster mobs, here is 8th place.

Combos: Add more champions that qualify for more than 2 categories. Nasus should include Desert, Maokai should include fire, diana mystic, skarnar warden, ezreal mage, Ashe glacial, amumu desert. These few extra options would open of a lot of variety in the builds that would break up the current meta that has 3 specific combos as being best, because of the numbers game.

Game length: This can be annoying either way. You can loose as early as 5 minutes in, or the game can take as long as 45 minutes. Either way it's frustrating to loose so fast, and for wins to take so long. I'd like to see the game matches last 1530 minutes for most games. With a few crazy ones at 45 minutes. After the 45 minute mark call it a draw and give both players 1st place, and end the game. Losing before 3-6 is rarer but still happens. Normally 8th place gets knocked out around the 510 minute mark.

Ranking system: For the most part this works. What doesn't work is getting 0 RP and losing. I went from silver 1 down to silver 3, back to silver 1, back to silver 3, back to silver 1, back to silver 3, back to silver 1, and finally to gold 4. It was extremely frustrating to play the games where the RNG simply didn't work in your favor. I'd suggest until the game is more consistent, to allow people to never drop ranks. Once you reach a new rank you can't drop back down to the lower ranks. You can sit at 0 RP, but will never drop to the lower rank. This makes getting the higher ranks a bit more stable. If that isn't an option keep it at least within a ranking. Once you reach Silver you'll never drop back down to the lower ranking of bronze. This gives people more incentive to play more ranked games, and be frustrated less with the horrible game mechanics currently being used.

With all that said the game can be a lot of fun, but can be extremely frustrating to play. I can see that this game was copy and pasted from another game from another company and it shows. If Riot wants to hold onto this mode, and make permanent they have a lot of work to do. As of right now I'm gold 4, but without major improvements I doubt I'll be able to continue playing it past these season due to frustration.

Glacial stun needs DR so it can't lock a ranger down from 100-0.

In terms of champions that need more than two set bonuses, Diana should absolutely have the new Lunar bonus coming, it's ridiculous that she isn't considering lunar is her thing.
